After deciding what you want to order, you may contact us with your order in one of two ways:
Order via
e-mail
Include
in your e-mail a list of the item(s) you are interested in ordering, along with
your mailing address (to determine shipping costs & methods). If you are
ordering from outside the United States, be sure to inform us of this in your
e-mail as well as what country you are ordering from.
After we receive your order, we will e-mail you back with your total plus shipping.
Order
via phone
Call
us during business hours (12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time,
Monday thru Saturday) with your order. Be ready to provide all the information
listed above. If you don't wish to provide credit card information over the
phone, feel free to e-mail
to
us later (though we cannot guarantee on-line security, so do this at your own
risk), or pay via check or money order as described above.
We will hold your orders for 2 weeks while we await your payment. If we do not receive your payment within this time, we cannot guarantee that the items you requested will still be available. If you find that it will take longer than 2 weeks before we receive your payment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.
We try our best to keep the webpage updated, but sometimes items you order may not be in stock (especially in the case of cels, or pretty much anything during summer convention season). We will let you know in the return e-mail if items you requested are out of stock.
We accept the following

at your own risk.
For international
orders (those made from outside the United States), please be sure that
all payments are made out in American Dollars.
If sending a check or money order, please be sure to include a note with your payment that includes:
We get a lot
of orders and cannot easily determine what someone was ordering without this
information.
Money Orders
Money
orders are a simple form of payment that can be purchased at a number of different
fairly convenient places: grocery stores, post offices (about
$0.85 each), and even some convenience stores. Since you pay for them
up-front, they're a lot less risky for us than checks, and this reduced
risk enables us to get your item out faster.
Make all money
orders out to 'Asylum Anime'.
Personal
Checks
If
you choose to pay by personal check, we must hold your order for ten (10) days
after receiving your payment while the check clears the bank.

MUST be written on the front of the check, or the order will NOT be processed:
Please Note: We will NOT accept any 'starter' checks (checks that do not have your name and address pre-printed on them).

Credit Cards
We accept
all major credit cards. You may e-mail your credit card information to us (though
we cannot guarantee on-line security, so do this at your own risk). You may
also call or fax us the information at (620) 231 0922
between the hours of 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time
(same number for fax or voice).
Please note that we can only accept credit card payments from the person to whom the credit card was issued.

PayPal
If paying by PayPal, we will exchange by e-mail the appropriate information.
Your order will only be processed once the payment is transferred to our account.
All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service.
Standard shipping is Priority Mail (average 3-5 day delivery) and is insured for the full value of the item(s) ordered.
If you would like
a different method of shipping, please indicate this in your e-mail (please
be aware that overnight shipping is very expensive, at minimum around
$20.00).

(within the U.S.):
You may also choose not to have insurance on your package. If you do not get insurance, there is no guarantee that your package will arrive safely. If you do pay for insurance and the item(s) are damaged due to postal mishap, you may return the item(s) to the post office and receive a full refund (you do, of course, have to give up the damaged merchandise).
If you are ordering
from outside the United States, please indicate in your e-mail that this is
an international order. We will determine what shipping methods are available
depending on where you are ordering from.
You must
be 18 years of age or older to purchase any adult material. Such items are noted
with the words Must be 18+ or similar text.
Proof of age is required for all purchases of these items. Call, fax, mail, or e-mail us a photocopy or scan of your Driver's License or other ID listing your name & birthdate.
All customer information is completely and totally confidential. We do not give out information about our customers to anyone for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: Names, addresses, phone numbers, ages, credit card information, or items purchased.
In all instances where we request your name, you MUST provide us your REAL NAME. We realize that a lot of anime fans enjoy adopting the names of favorite characters or other aliases as their own, but we cannot ship or insure packages to false names, no matter how much you prefer your screenname or nickname to the name your parents gave you.
